Once it is established that we are all on the same page and have a mutual enthusiasm to create a working relationship, a design and sales agreement is written up between both parties and you are made a priority in Lux Concept’s schedule with weekly appointments made to complete the project with set intention.

We will conduct visioning sessions where we investigate and explore your goals, listen to your ideas, and most importantly, learn about your company culture.

Meeting with client or mail space plan, note client preferences and detailed expectations, project budget and time frame, communicate our terms of engagement and designer client relationship.
